Beautifully done and gives information I'm always looking for

I've been embroidering since HS when doing the entire back of a denim work shirt was in fashion. That said, I have not worked at the level of Melissa Galbraith and that is something to aspire to. I love having her book as a reference and the inspiring color project photos along with details on the stitches is perfect. I have kept only a couple embroidery books over the years. Most don't focus on the stitches well, this book does and I'm thrilled to have it on my bookshelf.

Melissa Galbraith is the fiber artist behind MCreativeJ. She was born and raised in the desert of Washington state, where her mother instilled a love of making things by hand at an early age. Drawing on her love of nature, Melissa creates whimsical and modern embroidery patterns and kits.   • In the studio⁠ Here’s a deep dive into what’s packed into my studio. It’s currently packed to the brim with supplies, so much so that I’m not really sure where to put it all.⁠ ⁠ Tariffs have made it really hard to plan as a small business. Not only the fact that I can’t get many of my supplies made in the US, but that tariff rates are constantly changing and I’m not charged the tariff until the goods are delivered. When I placed my order for hoops (over 2 months ago) the tariff price was much lower than when they were actually delivered. Running a small business is even more of a roller coaster these days.
